If you haven't noticed, I've been very busy here on the website. I've taken almost 2,000 photographs and have gone through over 1,000, and selected photos for over 230 new items for the store.... Earrings, new Chokers, bracelets, many sets, and necklaces. I've also added several new sub-categories. Some of the new sub-categories are earring metals (Sterling Silver, Niobium, and Titanium), types of materials the earrings are made of (Acrylic, Wood, Metal, etc.), New Items that you no longer have to look up the SKU # for to purchase... I set it up so you can buy it right then and there and beat everyone else to it! I also added the FREE GIFT ITEMS category and pretty well have the first category done (Purchases Under $35.). There will be new items added in that one from time to time. I'm hoping to get started on the next level up soon.
For the sake of time, of which there is never enough, I am considering ending the two "New Items" categories that you find in the drop-down menu. You'll be able to see the New Items in the store section, and if there's any "news" regarding those items or anything else, this blog is still the place to go to.
I'm hoping to get all of the new items up into the store before the busy selling season starts, but that's a huge challenge. I still have over 20 new horses to finish, a big special order to do, and a lot of other business to attend to for the North Idaho Vendors Association. I also have some new helpful information to add to the "What I Learned About Creating A Website".
Also.... if you are a vendor selling handmade crafts, etc., I will be adding a free service for members only. In order to join, all you need to do is "Like" my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/jlizjewelryandmore), introduce yourself by uploading a photo of what you make and your business, and private message me your email address so I can email you back with the password for access to the membership benefits. Benefits include a lot of freebies... free photography lessons, free selling and advertising help, free SEO information, free-to-low cost places to sell/advertise your work, and more! --I WAS considering having a totally separate page/website for this, but it would cost me a minimum of $180. per year, and I obviously would have to charge for this service.
